He had always been lucky with the sale of property. Years ago he had renovated the home he raised his children in. He made it ready for sale. The realtor took pictures, then entered the sale on the Multiple Listing Service in South Florida. The next day, before seeing the MLS, that house sold to the first client who showed up. The unusual situation with this second sale, years later, is that only one person came to see the house. She purchased it. And, in spite of the fact that the MLS was up until it ran it’s course, nobody else was interested in the house, only the one woman who did purchase it. How lucky was that?
